Zara Moselen (BCS)

Zara understands the value in managing the relationship between owner and tenant. With a Bachelor of Communication Studies (BCS) from AUT, Zara prioritises responsive, personable, and efficient communication, and highly values collaborative ways of working, while also taking ownership of tasks and being able to work independently when needed.

Zara sees herself as a lifelong learner and is always looking to extend herself in her work, which is an asset for any property owner. It also means that she has picked up many talents and a wealth of knowledge in her careers thus far. Zara also has a passion for teaching, and achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education when she returned from living overseas. This saw her as a Head Teacher for five years and an Auckland Zoo Educator, before leaving the profession to start a family. 

Being punctual, and professional, with an attention to detail allows Zara to know what is going on with every property we manage. She is a fun, vibrant, outgoing, friendly person who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. Zara loves a challenge and in particular offers a high level of energy, enthusiasm and integrity. Outside of her professional role, family is Zara’s number one priority, spending quality time raising her two sons, while enjoying yoga, travel, learning Te Reo Māori, and hiking through the beautiful bush our country has to offer.
