All of our 'Property Managers' either hold or are currently completing a minimum of the 'New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4)'.

If an issue happens with the property, our property managers are accessible to address the problem 7 days a week and our online tenant concierge maintenance notification facility is available 24/7. All of our tenants are also provided with our unique 'Tenants Handbook' which is packed full of helpfull advice and guidance to provide clarity of systems and processes involving their tenancy. Our administration and property management Team have a daily structure to ensure your tenants pay their rent and any utility costs on time. Consistent rent monitoring and collection with friendly reminders in a timely manner when need be are critical to a successful tenancy. All tenancy terms and conditions will be legally enforced if payments are not received. It is critical to be firm, fair, and at all times helpful. Often tenants just need help and guidence if they end up in a difficult financial situation. Early detection, intervention and assistance is key to a positive solution for all.
